Mariam Riaz Janjua is an Advocate with a diverse background spanning corporate, constitutional, administrative, and international trade matters. She has a proven ability in case preparation, drafting opinions, replies, and letters, and to conduct rigorous legal research.
Her experience includes high-stakes litigation before the Supreme Court of Pakistan and advisory work across multiple jurisdictions. Her recent roles include an Associate at Legal Oracles Law Firm (2022–2024), where she supported partners with case preparation and drafted opinions and communications involving Customs and International Trade; at Apostles Law Firm (2021), where she contributed to corporate, constitutional, and international matters; and at Ahmer Bilal SooRi & Co (2019), where she drafted opinions, replied to inquiries, reviewed commercial contracts, and supported litigation and corporate practices.
Mrs. Janjua has also served in the OfRice of the Attorney General Pakistan as an Associate in 2020, assisting the Additional Attorney General with case preparation and research and attending Supreme Court proceedings.
Her earlier international exposure includes internships at Reliance Solicitors, London (2015) and Quality Solicitors, London (2014), where she assisted partners with case preparation and research. Mariam holds a BPTC from BPP Law School, London, and an LLB (Hons) from BPP Law School, London. She is admitted as an Advocate High Court and is a member of the Islamabad Bar Association, Islamabad Bar Council, and Lincoln’s Inn.
